Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel, which is decently located close to the lake but across a busy highway. The rooms were on the smaller side, lacking ovens and with a unique window setup. It was quite cold during my winter visit, but the service was exceptional, though there were areas that could be improved. The location was fantastic, offering a laid-back experience right on the beach, and the price was reasonable considering the value.
The hotel is situated in a very peaceful section of north Lake Tahoe, offering easy access to most sites on Lake Tahoe. The rooms need urgent renovation and lack adequate temperature control. Despite the dedicated staff, the service could be more consistent. The dining options are basic, and the facilities fall short of expectations.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and clean, but having two exterior doors in the main entrance felt a bit strange, and the bedroom was a bit cold in winter. The service was generally helpful and kind, although there was a mix-up with the room type booked. The location was convenient for us, with easy access to the lake, but the abundance of rocks along the shore was a bit disappointing. The dining experience was average, without much variety in vegetable options. The facilities were decent, with two sets of machines available that accept coins.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were some issues with the amenities. The service was friendly, but some miscommunications affected the overall impression. The location was beautiful, but there were aspects that could have been improved for a better stay.
The hotel is located directly next to the lake, offering a peaceful atmosphere in the generally over-priced north Lake Tahoe area. The rooms are well-stocked with kitchen amenities but can be uncomfortably hot, with a ceiling fan that may need maintenance. The service provided by Chaitea, Jenny, and Joanna stood out positively, yet there were issues with room discrepancies and price policies. The location is fantastic, ideal for families and relaxation, but the scent of old carpets could be off-putting. The dining experience, which includes homemade ice cream, enhances the stay, while the facilities are convenient and complement the laid-back setting.
